Born in 1966, he graduated at IUAV – University of Venice in 1994.
Since 1996, he has been teaching industrial design at the Design and Arts faculty of IUAV University of Venice. He held courses in Uruguay, Rwanda and Egypt, precisely at the Industrial Design Centre in Montevideo, the Centro San Marco in Kigali, and the Industrial Modernisation Centre in Cairo.
He works, together with other designers in a studio in Venice which deals with product design, industrial design, layouts and architecture. A multiplicity of topics is covered: from furniture to interface design.
He counts publications in Abitare, Domus, Casabella, Intramuros, Wallpaper, Interni, Ottagono, Diid, The Plan.
His research can be described with the key words sustainability and accessibility: the language is simplified and components are reduced to a minimum.
