His mouth-watering concoctions, beautifully captured on camera, gave a new texture to coffee. First came èspesso, then Coffeesphere — coffee that can be eaten like an oyster, produced using sferificación, a technique invented by Adrià, in constant evolution.

Passion>me is an invigorating beverage made from a blend of espresso coffee, passion fruit juice, mint and ice. The thirst-quenching combination of coffee and passion fruit creates an intriguing and deliciously new taste sensation.

Passion>me combines the quality and energy boost of coffee with the delicate taste of the exotic passion fruit. It is the result of a project created by Lavazza, Ferran Adrià and by the costumers themselves, who thanks to the innovative "shake me" glass, can individually prepare this drink.
