The story of the first 10 years of Coffee Design (1998-2008) has been told in a book written by well-known food writer Bob Noto, on the themes of flavour, style, design and creativity.
The pages feature all the products invented by the Training Center and Ferran Adrià, inventions which are transformed into cult icons thanks to the photographs by Fabrizio Esposito.

Noto has always worked with graphics, photography and food.
He has collaborated with Abitare, Apicius, Culture+Travel, DeAgostini, Gambero Rosso, L’Espresso, La Repubblica, La Stampa, Panorama, Rai Sat and the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
Together with the author Alessandra Meldolesi, he has published Cracco, sapori in movimento, Grandi chef di Spagna (Giunti) and 6, autoritratto della cucina italiana d’avanguardia (Cucina&Vini).

Fabrizio Esposito
Born in Naples, he lives and works in Turin as a freelance photographer. He now works mainly on social reportage and travel photography and collaborates with leading Italian companies, advertising and press agencies.
His photographs are featured in: Alias of Il Manifesto, Alp, D la Repubblica delle donne, Giudizio Universale, La Stampa, Look, Max, Tutto Turismo. Esposito also works on theatrical and operatic set photography for the Teatro Regio and Teatro Stabile in Turin. Since 2002, he has been teaching reportage photography at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Turin. www.backlight.it
