Irish Coffee


 

Preparation

  1. Place the sugar in a glass and dissolve in a little of the hot coffee.
  2. Add the whiskey and the remaining coffee, whilst still hot.
  3. Add the whiskey and the remaining coffee, whilst still hot. Finally, add a large spoonful of liquid cream, or alternatively a spoonful of whipped cream on the top. Pour carefully to avoid mixing the ingredients.
