Preparation

  1. Mix the mascarpone cheese in a bowl with a small cup of coffee and the icing sugar.
  2. When everything is well-blended add the liqueur, a little at a time, and continue stirring until the cream is consistent and smooth.
  3. Pour the remaining cup of coffee (kept warm) in a high narrow glass.
  4. Add the coffee cream and sprinkle the coffee powder.
  5. Serve straightaway.
