Calvados Coffee


 

Preparation 

  1. In a container mix the coffee with the sugar and keep it warm.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the orange juice with the Calvados.
  3. Warm the mixture on a very low heat, stirring regularly.
  4. Add the coffee and mix well.
  5. Pour into four glasses, top with 1 teaspoon of cream, stir vigorously and serve straightaway.
