Boiled coffee
This preparation process is used in Norway and in the Northern regions of Scandinavia. The “
light” roasted ground coffee is dissolved in water and left to settle for about 10 minutes.
Approximately 10 grams of coffee is used per cup, with a capacity of 150-190 ml.
